Why TeamViewer ?

Through the use of Teamviewer you give us permission to connect to your computer. This allows us to watch with you remotely and offer extra help. With the remote control session you can remotely share your desktop with us. We log in with a TeamViewer ID and password on your desktop. This way we can control your computer and watch your IT-environment.

How do you use Teamviewer ?

  1. Click the 'Download' button below, a new screen will open. teamviewerdownload
  2. Download the Teamviewer-file and select this file in your download-folder.
  3. TeamViewer will show you an ID and password. If you give these to us, we can make a connection. (Every session has its own specific password, so when the session closes, you can't log in with this password again.

  4. When the connection is established, we both have access to your computer (for the duration of the session).
